courtyard was a great hangout spot, for a huge place the a/c works great it has a refrigerator upstairs and downstairs, beth the property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating when we had special requests, the host beth was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions or requests, host was great with communication and welcoming us to the house, the neighborhood is very safe and only a short walk to bourbon street, great location in a cool neighborhood that is walkable to frenchman and the french quarter, we loved the location near restaurants some stores and close enough to easily walk to frenchman street, spotless and charming home near the fairgrounds, very clean and our host had excellent communication, the house is beautiful with tall ceilings and everything is new and clean inside, it is located in a good neighborhood that seemed clean and quiet, very clean and comfortable we found this property just as it appears in pictures and better, the outdoor sitting area was amazing very private and super clean, incredibly responsive hosts spotless home with great attention to detail, no the property owners aminata and her husband ben were amazing, the host were extremely friendly and responsive would recommend taking an uber most places, we had a wonderful time at this propertyclose to the french quarter, centrally located home near the french quarter, the owner was super accommodating and gave us some great recommendations, we had to call vrbo help to get in contact with the owner, david was always responsive to our questions and needs and gave great recoomendations for food, owner was there within minutes to provide these items which was awesome since we got in super late, great location if you want to be close to downtown, cute place to stay
